Team Development

This approach grew out of NetForm diagnoses and the need to develop meaningful, lasting solutions. NetForm discovered that when different people populated key strategic teams, that the outcome of that team was noticeably different. NetForm began to test this idea across exempt and union employees. The outcome was the same. When NetForm populated the teams with key connectors from the networks, the outcome was so noticeably different and of higher quality that this became one of NetForm’s preferred service offerings. This approach has been used by International Paper, (a mixed union environment), the US Army (a mixed union environment) and the NEA (the National Education Association, a total union environment).
