Dawn Holzer, SPHR, a SCA Certified Practitioner, is an organizational development expert, strategic thinker, change agent and executive coach. Drawing on over 20 years of business acumen in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, training, and organizational change, Dawn has demonstrated that she is a trusted partner, who is passionate about her clients and committed to their success.
Insightful and engaging, Dawn quickly understands complex systems and brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to meeting her clients’ business needs. Working with clients to foster agile leaders and to design and implement strategic change in organizations are her passions. She has guided the development of a systematic, comprehensive approach to succession planning and leveraging of high potentials in multiple organizations. Dawn has an unwavering belief in the importance of this kind of talent management work.
Dawn is President of Pathway Leadership Consulting, a leadership and organizational development consultancy based in North Carolina. In addition to her broad-based consulting background, Dawn’s professional experience includes directing Organizational Development for a large multi-hospital healthcare system and serving as a Human Resource Development executive at a leading global financial services firm.
Dawn has a BA in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MBA from Pfeiffer University. She is also the co-owner of a training products company, CaseCards.
An avid learner, when Dawn is not working with clients she enjoys playing golf, reading, yoga, spending time with family and friends, travel and being outdoors. She, her husband Mike and their youngest of four daughters live in Greensboro, NC.
