Cathy Fyock is an employment strategist who combines her talents as a speaker and her knowledge of work force issues to provide innovative and inspirational learning events. For more than twenty years Cathy has been providing expertise on workforce issues for such organizations as the Society for Human Resource Management, Yum, AARP, and Bridgestone/Firestone. Additionally, she is the author of five books, including her most recent book, the award-winning The Truth About Hiring The Best, named as one of the top four HR books by CEO-READ.
Cathy is an active SHRM volunteer, and has served as president of the Louisville SHRM chapter, as Chair for the Human Resource Certification Institute, and currently as the Chair for the KY SHRM Council. She has received the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association, and is life-time certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Cathy is a Certified Practitioner for NetForm Resources.
