I find it fascinating that HR Professionals and practitioners now have a scientifically sound tool allowing them to perform predictive modeling for their company.  Having the ability to identify the best candidates for succession planning purposes should open the door to the C Suite because this is truly being a strategic business partner, with Social Capital Analysis being the key. This was the best use of three hours of my time in a seminar in years.  I came away with more ideas that will keep me busy for some time to come.
